Description: The best Chess minds come together in St. John's to vie for a chance to go head to head with the best Chess minds in Corner Brook. Come out to witness this cross-island match-up!

SWGC Chess Tournament (Championship match VS. St. John's)

Time: 12:30 (Registration); 12:45 – 5:00 p.m.
Location: AS 378, Arts and Sciences Building, Grenfell College, Corner Brook
Description: A "4-round active" which will attract 25-30 players, many of whom the competing Grade 7-12 students. This match will East coast vs. West coast with a championship match.

1st Place = $75, 2nd place = $50, 3rd place = $25
