Medical Science Building - Lecture Theatre D, just right across from HS Room 2860, room used in previous years. (Parking information will be provided as becomes available)

August 31st (Friday), September 1st (Saturday) and September 2nd (Sunday) 2007
Format:

30//90, SD/60 .. CFC membership required
Game time:

Round 1 : Friday @ 6:30 pm, Round 2: Saturday @ 10:00 am, Round 3: Saturday @ 3:15 pm, Round 4: Sunday @ 10:00 am, Round 5: Sunday @ 3:15 pm
Entry fees

advance registration $30. Add $5.00 if registration on site. For advance registration, please email your request to Alick Tsui (** Junior entry fees now offered at 50% off, ie. $15!!! with advance registration)
Prizes:

1st place = $250, 2nd place = $125, 3rd place = $100, Top under 1600 = $ 50, Best Performance =$30, Top Junior = $30, Top unrated: Free CFC membership for one year (provided at least 2 new players) **** Over $600 in prizes. Prizes may increase slightly depending on number of entries.

Byes:

One 0.5 point requested bye available/allowed between rounds 1 to 4.
The champion will also entitle to keep our NL perpetual trophy for one year. If there is a tie, player(s) who agrees to play off (using regular time control) and wins will earn the right to have name on the trophy.
